Can 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week really
improve my quality of life?
30 minutes is all it takes. No set class times to worry about, just
drop in at any time during our opening hours, as often as you like.
Is the equipment better suited to women?
The equipment is designed to fit a women’s body and offers the main
5 components of a successful workout – Warm Up, Cardiovascular
Training, Strength Training, Cool Down & Stretching, whilst under
the supervision of our friendly and supportive staff.
What encouragement towards reaching my goals can I expect?
At Curves you can reach your fitness goals together with other
like-minded women & the friendly staff will always help to motivate you. Plus, members receive a monthly printed report on their
progress towards their goals.
Why will I feel comfortable at curves when I don't at gyms or classes?
Perhaps you have tried traditional based gyms or exercise. Curves is
neither. No difficult dance routines to master or weight machines to
wrestle with. You will find a women friendly environment and no makeup!
After a while, I get bored with exercise. Why will curves be any different?
Many of our members have such a good time whilst doing their
workout, that it is over before they even realise it!
